tossed all over the cabin, including food trays. it was kind of like you're in slow motion that you just see everything like like in a movie where you just see everything lift. and then i was all of a sudden it just comes right back down a 3 30 experience extreme turbulence. the faa says the flight landed without incident, adding the crew reported encountering severe turbulence at 37,000 ft. altitude over tennessee. seven passengers were taken to local hospitals, many more shaken up. approximately 10 patients have been triaged. in the process of either painting refusals and we're hitting folks transported to hospital. shortly it's the latest in a series of recent airline incidents. medical personnel at the game. yes you do. horn 35. dozens of people were injured in turbulence on this hawaiian airlines flight from phoenix to honolulu in december. passengers lurching violently up and down, hitting their heads a water bottle, even cracking the

now, with the rescue in south florida a man pulled to safety after his car crashed into a canal known for having alligators. a distress call from the man's cellphone brought deputies to the scene. he's now recovering from hypothermia, a different kind of close call this one at a railroad crossing. two people on a moped just missed getting hit by a train in the uk. the moped had run a red light. that train was going 70 mph college football star and top nfl prospect has surrendered to police in connection with the crash that killed a teammate, investigators say back in january, former georgia star jalen carter was racing a vehicle carrying a teammate. and a team staffer. both were killed when the car crashed. meanwhile newly obtained video shows carter during a traffic stop last september. police say he was driving 89 mph in a 45 zoned. i don't need to slow down, dude. break it. you're not going to jail. that's your break because i'm making alki of news, right? the officer there

let carter go. meanwhile, regarding january's crash, carter released a statement saying, i will be exonerated. we turn now to a california couple sharing their ivf nightmare they're suing after an embryo mix up, which they say could be deadly. this morning, a california couple is suing a fertility clinic, claiming a doctor transplanted an embryo that tested positive for a deadly cancer gene. so you saw hrc. as your one way healthy child. 100% i cry all the time. it's devastating. jason and his wife, melissa, say they went to hrc fertility in pasadena after finding out they were carriers for two cancer genes for jason, a rare gene that forced him to undergo a stomach removal surgery. and for melissa, the brc a mutation for breast cancer, the couple decided on ivf to eliminate passing those genes onto a baby. i didn't want to have this burden. on anybody that i could
