details, governor gavin newsom is announcing a 10 year partnership with a drug company and a timeline as california moves forward with the plan to make its own affordable insulin. it will be produced by cal r and will cost $30 and will be available to residents and the country, but will not be on shelves until next year. insulin is the to lower health care costs. >> there is no state in america that comes close to doing what california has done on health care, and we have a lot more work to do. dion: the announcement was made during newsom's tour of the state. he says the plan -- the state plans to manufacture its own naloxone. donald trump is claiming in a post he will be arrested tuesday, but a spokesperson appears to be walking back the claims.

reena roy joins us live in new york city with the very latest. reena: it is important that trump has not been charged and there has been no word from the manhattan da. a new show so media post from former president trump claiming that he will be arrested tuesday in relation to the manhattan das investigation into hush money payments made to stormy daniels ahead of the election, trump calling on supporters to protest. abc news has not verified the claims and the manhattan da providing no comment. a spoke -- a spokesperson appearing to walk back trump's comments saying there is no notification the da has decided to take his "witchhunt," to the next level. earlier this week,

dion: take a look. yosemite national park has reopened with limited access and hours. roads at el portal have partially reopened during daytime hours. the park has been closed because of heavy snowfall, for being feet in the last -- 15 feet in

the last month. roads are in the process of being repaired. the park should expand to 24 hour operation monday with limited overnight lodging. once again getting to frances dinglasan on top of our roof, with a little more of a timing on when the weather pattern will shift. frances: several days of wet weather ahead. the satellite image, increasing clouds over the bay area. temperatures have been quite mild. storm level 1 arrives tonight, but check out this beautiful view from sutro. temperatures were above average. san francisco 63, oakland 62, san jose 69, santa clara sti at 70, half moon bay at 59. looking from the east bay hills out west towards the bay. more temperatures for you, lots of them in the 60's.

concord i think is a typo. livermore in the mid 60's. we have a storm impact level one out of five. it arrives tonight around 10:00 and we see the raindrops moving around the bay. the heaviest tomorrow morning, turning into scattered showers. rainfall amounts will be anywhere from half an inch to marvin inch in the north bay -- more of an inch in the north bay. most of the area is still dry but rain moving in by midnight. the heavier rain the yellow and orange will be moving through in the early morning. by lunchtime, things taper off and we get cloudy conditions with spotty showers throughout the day on sunday continuing into monday. rainfall totals anywhere from a quarter to a half an inch south of the golden gate ridge and half an inch to an inch for parts of the north bay.
