federal grand jury is0len. according to sources, the new chief judge of the district court rejected trump's claims of executive privilege and is now telling pence to comply with the special counsel's subpoena. the associated press reports. pence will not have to answer questions about his actions on january 6th, but he would have to testify about any potential illegal acts committed by trump. pence says his team is evaluating the judge's ruling upheld the constitution on january 6th. i believe we did our duty that day under the constitution. we're currently speaking to our attorneys about the proper way forward in his attorneys had argued he was protected from testifying because he was conducting official legislative acts. in the meantime, after days of anticipation, still no action from a separate grand jury looking into trump's hush money payments to stormy daniels. the grand jury is not expected to meet again on the matter until
