essentially reduced to manslaughter. a judge ruled he could be resentenced for robbery and carjacking charges. the state change the definition to murder to imply that someone intended to kill another person. under the new guidelines, he will get a new sentence that could range from time served to the original sentence of 44 years. we are learning about the executive director of the police officers association facing drug charges. she was in court friday, accused of attempting to import synthetic opium drugs, a form of fentanyl, with the intent to distribute them. a neighbor who has known her for 15 years spoke with abc news. patricia briggs finds it difficult to find that her neighbor was involved in illegal activity. she is the homeowner president and said there has never been any on -- any unusual activity.
