returns back to florida. the manhattan district attorney is also expected to speak. at a news conference this afternoon. the new york post calls today the day of the dawn, saying it's a big apple circus. abc's morgan norwood is in lower manhattan with the very latest morgen. good morning. andrew. good morning to you and just hours, trump will hear the charges against him. but look many questions still remain this morning about just how this day will unfold. overnight a judge ruling that video cameras will not be allowed to broadcast former president trump's arraignment today, but still photographers will be allowed to take pictures before the proceedings. trump's legal team opposed cameras in court, saying they would create a circus like atmosphere. what's still unknown whether the judge will issue a gag order restricting public comments about the case. trump is planning to speak tonight after his arraignment when he returns tomorrow, lago. i think there's a good chance the judge will issue some sort of gag order, because the last thing the court or frankly, anybody

wants is tainting of the jury pool. but then the counter argument is well, who in the united states doesn't have an opinion about the former president? trump's lawyer predicts a gag order won't happen. are you telling me there's a possibility? that they would prevent a presidential candidate from using his free speech rights and defending himself. can't be won't happen. um i don't believe anyone even looking for that. also unknown. a mug shot of trump will be taken and whether it will be made public. new york law discourages the release of mugshots. in most cases, sources say, trump faces about two dozen criminal counts stemming from hush money paid to adult film star actress stormy daniels before the 2016 election, allegedly falsifying business records, claiming those payments were ordinary legal expenses. the secret service will bring trump to court to be arrested and we're told he will not be handcuffed. once trump gets here . we don't think we're going to see very much of him. he'll be

released new details about last week's attack, saying the shooter planned it for months and fired 152 rounds. in response, governor bill lee has proposed a plan to strengthen school safety, including $140 million for armed security guards at all public schools. the governor also wants to add more mental health resources. police in nashville say the school shooter was being treated for an emotional disorder. but a motive for that attack has not been determined. virginia teacher shot by a six year old student earlier this year, has now filed a $40 million lawsuit. abby's warner claims the newport news school board and administrators ignored warning signs about the child. she also claims the boy was previously removed from the school for choking a teacher and other violent behavior in response. lawyers for the school's former principal are now considering a countersuit, claiming another student warns warner about the gun and she ignored it. her lawyer calls that absurd oversees the woman accused of
