scheduled to be in a manhattan court room at 2:15 this afternoon time. last night he stayed in his apartment at trump tower. his son and wife were seen arriving within yesterday. when it is time to go to court, people travel by motorcade to the courthouse where the arraignment will take place in the judge will reveal exactly what charges he is facing. new sources say there are at least two dozen charges including some felonies that are related to falsifying business records related to hush money payments to stormy daniels. >> emotions, because there is no law that fits this. there is no scenario where he should be indicted. >> there's also a quest the judge will impose a gag order in the case, something trump's attorneys says he does not want to happen. while no video cameras will be allowed inside the courtroom,

live coverage later this morning. reggie: a fierce political battle has erupted at the tennessee state capitol last week's deadly state shooting in nashville. parents and students have been protesting, demanding new gun laws. jobina: three state lawmakers to be expelled for their behavior during those protests. republican from tennessee have taken the first steps to remove three democratic lawmakers, citing their involvement in gun-control rallies at the capital. the tennessee house will vote thursday whether to expel gloria johnson, justin jones, and justin pearson. republican leaders are already addressing them as former representativess, stripping them of committee assignments after they lead protesters and supporters with a bullhorn on the house field last week. publicans say they participated in disorderly behavior and intentionally brought disorder and dishonor to the house of representatives.
