typically a misdemeanor right. >> george: the difference between a misdemeanor and felony is critical. basically the prosecutors i say you register the level of a felony because it was part of an effort to conceal another crime. >> : but what the prosecutor isn't doing yet is explaining what exactly the crime is. the prosecutor alvin bragg has basically laid out a number of possibilities. it could be state election law or federal election law could be tax law and so without that specificity, it is very hard to evaluate how serious the felony charges going to be in terms of overcoming a challenge to it. >> george: so one of the questions is why not specify he was laying them all out yesterday which is the most serious? it appears to me that the tax charges has the potential. >> he didn't do anything wrong by not specifying, but when you're indicting the former president of the united states, i would think you would want to make clear what your theory of the cases.

i do not know which of the argument is going to be the most serious, but here is one of the reasons why it is so important. he needs to be able to maintain a felony as opposed to just misdemeanors it is that they are different statue of limitations. the statute of limitation for a felony in new york is five years, for misdemeanors two years. there are also active arguments about how you go about calculating about how many day should apply here, but if this ends up being misdemeanors, at the felony somehow dismissed, you talking about the possibility of a serious challenge on the statute of limitations here just on those misdemeanors. so that makes up extinction not just about the sentence but about whether cases divide. >> george: he was not sure of our bodies can be saying afterwards but i didn't stop the last night. >> he didn't quite go as far as he is gone in the past which suggest violence he did go after the judge and his family, and other families which i think was a big mistake. he can attack the judge all he wants, but when he goes after others he's walking into

an adjustment due to historically high inflation to avoid bracket creep which is when inflation pushes taxpayers into higher income brackets. the robin this could mean some savings for taxpayers at a minimum will hopefully get the refund or where he would try to help. >> so we have some questions the first one is from tara and she has are there any tax breaks for employees who work from home should be aware of? >> anyone ask me this question because more people do work from home now, and the hard reality is that if you are working from home, because your employer told you you click you don't necessarily qualify for a break. if your employee of a big company, they are paying for a lot of things in they'd stay potentially for an office for youth so most of the way the irs looks at this is that you do get the benefit. however, if you have a sad also robin, that's a do a side project for mom while working from home, that' qualify you for some work from home benefits. on your taxes, you just have to make sure it's a very specific
