shooting happened just before seven p.m. on the south bound lanes of 80. 8 80, i should say near dixon landing road in milpitas, temporary closing lanes, according to friends, little girl was named eliana and her family. they were headed to the outback steakhouse in milpitas, and as they drove along 80, a vehicle pulled up and someone inside that car began shooting. the third shot hit eliana family. friends say she died within 30 seconds. so incredibly heartbreaking in just one of two separate shootings saturday night that multiple agencies across the east bay in south bay are investigating before that fremont police heard from a pedestrian who described a car pulled up to them and shot at that person after some kind of confrontation that call came in at 6 37 and less than 10. minutes later, chp says five year old eliana was shot and killed in that second shooting on 80. abc seven news was there as chp towed this suv away saturday night. here is the call

crash after a 13 year old led police on a chase in a stolen suv. this happened saturday. at least 10 people were taken to the hospital with injuries after this horrific crash. investigators say the teen stole the suv from a family member and officer saw the vehicle driving erratically and try to stop it. but that's when they say the driver took off and there was a brief pursuit before the crash. we were like cleaning in our yard. and i looked, and i just like here like a big bang, and i like she like i seem like a fire. police say the 13 year driver was taken into custody and now faces felony charges, including vehicular manslaughter. the man accused of attacking former san francisco fire commissioner don carmen yanni is due in court today. this attack happened last wednesday in the marina. this is cell phone video showing the suspect with some type of metal object in his hand. coming johnny was hit in the head several times and his friend
