coming up in just a matter of weeks. she was traveling with her parents on their way to dinner saturday night when she was shot and killed. the shooting happened at around seven pm or before seven pm i should say on the southbound lanes of 80 near dixon landing road in milpitas, temporary closed lane saturday. according to friends, the little girl named eliana and her family were headed to the outback steakhouse in milpitas. a vehicle pulled up and someone inside that car began shooting. the third shot. eliana and family friends say she died within 30 seconds so incredibly heartbreaking and just one of two separate shooting saturday night that multiple agencies across the east bay and south bay are investigating before that fremont police heard from a pedestrian who described a car pulled up to them. and shot at that person after some kind of confrontation that call came in at 6 37 less than 10. minutes later, chp says five year old

thousands of union members in southern california have overwhelmingly approved a new labor deal with the los angeles unified school district. it comes after a three day strike backed by teachers last month. the union says more than 99% of its members voted to approve this agreement. wages are now going to be increased by 30% for service workers who make an average of $25,000 a year. the contract still needs to be approved by the school district's board of education. they have a vote set for april 18th. development of the country's battle against the climate crisis, the epa will put out new restrictions in the coming days to rapidly pushed the entire country towards electric vehicles. proposed changes, first reported in the new york times would require two thirds of all new vehicles sold to be electric by 2032. california is already leading the way with the move last year,
