their playoff series. e-40 was told to leave during the fourth quarter. >> he's like an uncle to me. i just made sure he was good and our guys took care of him. reporter: at one point a female fan is recording on her phone and having words with e-40. minutes later he is escorted out. e-40 released a statement saying, on saturday night i was subjected to disrespectful heckling over the course of the warriors-kings game in sacramento. during the fourth quarter i turned around and adjust one -- addressed one heckler in an assertive but polite manner. security saw a disagreement between a white woman and a black man and assumed i was at fault. the rapper saying racial bias remains prevalent. a kings fan and e him before the situation unfolded, before the argument said e-40 was standing in the

teachers in the oakland unified school district are set to vote whether to organize and authorize a work stoppage. contract negotiations with the district have gone on for six months now and there is still no deal. the school board has approved a package of was it -- budget reductions for next school year designed to make room for teacher pay raises. union representatives say increases in school funding should be enough to compensate those teachers. police are investigating more slideshow activity in san francisco and the east bay. the first of the sideshows reportedly happened just after 11:30 last night at dolores and 16th street in san francisco. there was another is and oakland on sixth and market street three hours later. in that incident a police helicopter circled overhead as spectators lit fire rings and set off fireworks and drivers to doughnuts in the intersection. oakland police said they seized

angeles. the vice president urged demonstrators to keep rallying and backed them on their stance against reproductive control. her appearance yesterday follows a texas judge's ruling against the use of the abortion pill mr. stone amy klobuchar joint this week this morning and was asked about calls from democrats for dianne feinstein to resign. she is the oldest sitting member of congress. she has not voted since late february while recovering from a case of shingles. she has missed 60 votes including roughly two dozen in the important senate judiciary committee which is stalling the confirmation of president biden's federal judge appointees. >> we are going to need her vote on the senate floor eventually. we have things like the debt ceiling coming up.

what we need to do is take her at her word, she's recovering from shingles. if this goes on month after month, she's going to have to make a decision with her family and her friends about what her future holds. dion: feinstein is working from home in san francisco. she insists she will return to the senate. in the meantime she has asked chuck schumer to temporarily appoint a replacement on the judiciary committee so the judicial appointees can be confirmed. it could be easier said than done because to appoint a replacement, schumer will need bipartisan support. this tuesday will mark 117 years since the deadly earthquake and fire in san francisco. a ceremony to commemorate the anniversary will take place on market street. it will start at 5:12 the same time the earthquake rocked the city in 1906.

moving forward, finding solutions. this is abc7news. dion: the biden administration and defense officials are demanding answers as to how massachusetts air national guardsmen injected shira was able to leak classified u.s. documents. failed and called for people to be fired. ike ejiochi has the latest on the fallout. reporter: faced a judge as the investigation continues into how the 21-year-old was allegedly able to leak hundreds of classified documents. the criminal complaint discloses he helped top secret clearance -- he held top-secret clearance since 2021. senator lindsey graham, a former south carolina air national guardsmen himself said he did not have the kind of intelligence access to share what he had while he was in the military. >> i would be surprised if i had that information.

leader of sudan who is in charge -- the de facto leader of sudan who is in charge of the army. he is at war with his deputy and a powerful paramilitary group. a 16-year-old black teenager in kansas city was shot when he showed up at the wrong house. ralph jarl went to the wrong home while trying to pick up a sibling thursday night. a white man reportedly shot him in the head through the glass door and then again when he was bleeding out on the ground. police say the shooter had talked to investigators. he is not in jail and that has led to protests across the city. jarl is in the hospital and his family says he is recovering. developing news. mourners filled a church parking lot in dadeville, alabama to remember the four people killed and 28 injured during a shooting at a teenager's birthday party. police are trying to figure out what led to the gunfire inside a dance hall in dadeville, a small
