delaware, lindsay? good morning. good morning, rhiannon. we expected jury selection would continue here this morning, then onto opening arguments instead, a sudden delay. this morning, a late breaking change to a trial two years in the making, the judge overseeing dominion voting systems defamation case against fox news announced last night he was delaying the case until tuesday morning. the wall street journal, which is owned by fox boss rupert murdoch, reporting, fox has made a late push to settle the dispute out of court, citing people familiar with the decision. if it proceeds, the hi trial could put some of the biggest names at fox news on the witness stand. you're going to see superstar witnesses that could testify. dominion is suing fox news and its parent company, news corp for $1.6 billion, arguing the network damaged its business by knowingly airing false claims that dominion machines rigged the 2020 election in favor of joe biden. it will be impossible. ever know the true

in the middle east and europe. they say no us troops were injured details about the leak of top secret pentagon documents allegedly by 21 year old in the national guard, a new report reveals who may have helped spread the secrets online. this morning. there's word that a pro russian blogger may have played a key role in the spreading of classified documents allegedly leaked by a young air national guardsman in massachusetts, according to the wall street journal on april 5th, a social media account with the name translating to the donbass girl posted four of the allegedly leaked classified documents to its 65,000 followers. the wall street journal says that social media account is overseen by a former u. s. navy officer in washington state, whose actions reportedly prompted several large russian social media accounts to pick up on the documents. abc news has not confirmed the journal's reporting. some of the documents appear to show casualty numbers
