continues to mourn, one of two suspects is expected to make his first court appearance. court documents indicating gilroy is accused of being the getaway driver. cot dome the second suspect claims she fired the gun accidentally, telling investigators the gun went off when the victim tried to wrestle a stolen item out of her hands. she was in -- the victim unarmed loss prevention specialist at home depot. of driving is said to of been tracked back to a home in oakland where deputies took the suspects into custody. 10 minutes later officer said they went to check on her and the patrol car and found her unconscious, alleging despite

york. kumasi: a container worth $15 million was stolen from toronto pearson international airport this week. police unloaded cargo from the airport and took it to a holding facility and there it was removed by "illegal means." they did not say which airline was involved in handling the cargo. >> the container contained a high-value shipment. it did contain gold. it was nonexclusive to gold. it contained other items. the total worth estimated at this time for the property is just over $20 million. kumasi: what? what happened? who took it? they did not make any arrests? they have not revealed any information on possible suspects. the airport declined to comment

have sent a letter to the u.s. attorney general asking the department of justice to investigate the antioch police department. ey john burroughs has filed a federal lawsuit against the city of antioch in an effort to bring reform to the police department. the lawsuit claims civil rights violations. the suit is based on findings from an investigation into the department by the fbi and the district attorney's office. it found emails and text messages that included racist, homophobic, and sexist comments that investigators they were sent by officers. burris says the police department should be held responsible for allowing you to occur and doing nothing to stop it. >> some of the things they said was so horrific that it made me cringe to think these are the very people who are supposedly

serving the people of this community. knowing what i know now, this community should have been more afraid of the police then gangsters or criminals in their communities. >> i have been harassed and targeted and railroaded by the antioch police department for more than two years. gloria: antioch's police chief has called the scandal an unfortunate situation. the da named 17 antioch police officers involved but says there could be up to 45, nearly half of the department. kumasi: one of the suspects in the deadly shooting at the pleasanton home depot is due in court. the man is accused of being the getaway driver. amanda del castillo joining us live with the details. amanda: one of two oakland resident david guillory is expected to make that first court appearance in just a few hours. he is accused of being the getaway driver after the deadly

shooting at the pleasanton home depot. all of this as the victim's family continue to mourn. all of this is developing. the second suspect, the woman accused of shooting and killing mose's 32-year-old benicia who is being charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a felon with priors. both suspects are being charged with child abuse as police say naps'toddler was inside the car. guillory is being charged with accessory after the fact. investigators say she was driven by the scene by gilroy. there nissan pathfinder is said to of been tracked back to the home in oakland where deputies took the suspects into custody. 10 minutes later officers say they went back to check on her and the patrol car and found her unconscious. she was somehow able to wrap a
