antioch. the one at 2:00 was for been followed by a 2.8 and 2.7 degrees quick afterwards. there were no reports of major damage or injuries. but this past wednesday there was a 3.8 traveler in the same area. a gunman in oakland shot and killed a woman and her 13-year-old daughter. investigators say the woman's boyfriend was arrested. that shooting happened at end apartment on brook street where investigators say there was a dispute between the suspect and his girlfriend which led to the shooting. they say the suspect then killed her daughter. a 12 your friend of the teen wasn't spending the night and also shot. she was able to escape and get help. oakland police are now searching for a person behind a shooting that sent a motorist to the hospital. that victim was shot in the back as he drove near hyde street and 34th avenue this morning. police found him just a mile away near fremont high school, he was taken to the hospital.
