days before the first fatal stabbing. the arrest took place this afternoon but police tamed the man yesterday. he is accused of killing two people and severely injuring a third over the past week. the police chief says a flurry of tips led them to the suspect. about 15 callers and they reported seeing a person who matched the description. he was stopped by several patrol officers. he was wearing a backpack and i the backpack was a large knife. >> it is up to the yolo county district attorney's office to file charges. u.c. davis in a statement says it separated the suspect last week due to academic reasons. >> san jose's mayor is getting back to basics when it comes to public safety. mayor matt meehan joined san jose police on their foot patrol downtown talking with local business owners. . he is focusing on cleaning up the area and curbing crime.

with us. she is in the kitchen right now making some fabulous things to everyone gets a party favor and we have games to play. there is lots going on. but it is sold out. >> we can come by and get the scones another time pig michael definitely needs to try a crumpet. what do you serve with them? >> strawberry jam. organic strawberries because strawberries have a lot of pesticides in them. we have clotted cream which is what goes on the scone first. then you add the jam and/or the lemming card. this is housemaid lemon curd pit it is all finger food. don't use your finger to spread it but then you can eat it with your fingers. >> you of course have to drink tea. correct?
