fog starting to clear in san rafael. this earlier incident was either a stall or accident. either way, it's apparently been removed from the middle of the bridge. i am still seeing a backup into vallejo westbound on 80. chp has cleared that out. stalled big rig continues to be at the grant line, westbound 580, with your typical early-morning backup onto 205. you are looking at about an hour drive from tracy into dublin. >> in the east bay, if you walk along the streets of oakland, you might see chalk. hundreds of students from a school helped to beautify streets around their school yesterday. it has been called art activism. the idea is to let students express their feelings outside the classroom and transform the vacant lot across the street. the staff is hoping to create a

showing the two-year-old calf splashing around. when she was born, people had concerns about her low weight. she is now thriving at 900 pounds. >> care of a baby elephant once when i went to thailand. >> what did you do? >> we were learning how people take care of them. they assigned me a baby elephant. what you cannot tell is -- there's no one standing next to it -- but tallest me and would knock me down. the elephant was mad that i was with the mom. i was feeding and taking care of the mom. the baby wanted more attention. it kept knocking me down. very hard for me to balance. an amazing experience.

this is coming after salmon season was canceled last month because of historically low numbers of salmon. warm and dry weather back and it's a welcome change for businesses that have been impacted by the storms. the owners of one of san jose's bike shops tells us their business saw a boost during the pandemic and they did not expect that to last forever but our long winter caught them off guard and had a real impact. >> the bike shops are notoriously seasonal. we live in california, where the weather is great almost all year-round, but this year was exceedingly rough weather wise. it was cold and rainy. people don't necessarily want to ride in that. it affects our business. >> the shot's owners posted to facebook asking for extra business. people came through. that has gone viral and they are hopeful that with the support and warm weather things will pick up. >> what tesla is set to do for
