towards passengers and other passengers felt they were under threat. >> he spoke with the violent language. >> he had not become violent and had not threatened anyone in particular. according to the d.a., daniel penny approached him from behind, placed him in a choke hold, taking him down to the ground, holding him forsera. he stopp moving and he continued to hold him. police questioned penny and he told officers he wasn't trying to hurt him but only hold him until police arrived. after questioning, he was released. >> i would have ordered the same thing that happened here. that is what usually happens in these situations.
