jose police control car. cap one officer inside. there are reports the officer was sent to the hospital. it happened on the east side of san jose. you can see the impact of the crash had on the car with major damage to the front and side of the vehicle, authorities have launched an investigation into this crash. >> a father of two is considering moving his family out of oakland after a stray bullet went through his kitchen window friday afternoon. paul requested we not use his last name has lived in the tuxedo. neighborhood for three years. multiple people were trying to rob a gardener working next door. one gardener trying to escape by climbing over a fence. that is when shots were fired. a bullet penetrated the fence, the kitchen window and went through a wall. his family was not home at the time but he was working at his computer less than 5 feet away.

>> at least 10 people are dead and none others injured after multiple gunmen opened fire in mexico. it happened in a car racing saturday afternoon, according to authorities people armed with guns got out of a great van and started shooting at customers at a gas station. this is a developing story and we will continue to bring you updates as soon as we learn them. a community is focusing on policy solutions to improve living conditions for farmworkers.

the committee of the san mateo county democratic party held a public summit in half moon bay. our reporter covered access to clean water, housing, and health care. it is a response to the daily mass shooting in january that killed seven farmworkers. the league of women voters honoring individuals for their advocacy on lgbtq rights, they raised money for community groups pushing for equal rights. ryan shares the tribute. >> the glitz and top drag performers. this event is designed to send a message. >> we the people who are being pushed down in our communities, when we see they are trying to make people invisible, we want to lift them up. >> they put on drag for democracy, an event supporting the lgbtq community and raising

for what you did over the christmas new year period. >> scott says things should improve. airlines have been ramping up capacity and staffing over the past year. still, summer will be a tough test. >> i knew there is potential for it to be the busiest air travel summer on record. >> yes, the busiest ever. more than 260 million passengers took to this guy from january through april this year, setting a new record. it comes as the federal government is considering new protections for air travelers. many airlines have agreed compensate passengers for some expenses if the airline causes a long delay or cancellation. stranded passengers can be reimbursed for things like meals , hotels, and taxicabs. those commitments are voluntary. the fed want to make proposal could go further. >> the second thing this

more injured in el salvador after a stampede during a soccer match on saturday. officials say fans pushed through an access gate causing the massive stampede. incident happened during a match between two popular professional el salvador again soccer clubs. health officials say most of the injured are stable and are being treated at local hospitals. el salvador's president says the attorney general's office will investigate the incident. and italy more than 36,000 people are waiting to return home after a deadly flood moved through their neighborhoods this month. 40 people were killed. cleanup operations are in full swing right now as emergency services removed mud from washed out roads in landslides. the italian prime minister cut her prep for the g7 summit schwartzel she toward northern e -- coul
