busy in his first few months of office. they have been announcing potential solutions to the housing crisis in the city. last week, there was concern over a budget that would take money from future affordable housing projects to fund more interim solutions. well he stands behind the need for housing, he is advocated a change that would balance the need for permanent housing as well as this new proposal. it protects $36 million in measured funding, allocated for a portal housing. it also adds an additional $100 million it permit solutions and 50 million for interim solutions. abc7news reporter dustin dorsey talked with advocates about this method. >> things are going in a better direction now. >> better direction. what is the measure? it was 75 to 25 20 homes. we need to make sure we push further because it is 50-50.

travel season. here at sfo this morning, we are seeing traffic kind of pickup, but it's not as bad as it is expected to be throughout the next few days. if you are getting away, here is a way to lessen any potential stress. breaking down the best and worst times to travel, by car, and between 3:00 and 6:00, just forget about it. transportation data experts say it will be the worst travel time. then saturday and sunday, with the holiday weekend already well underway by then, it is expected to be a minimum traffic impact. on sunday, noon :00 to 3:00, that would be the worst time to hit the roads. start your day earlier. travel before 10:00. for those on an extended holiday, coming back tuesday, anytime before 2:00 or after 6:00, that would be the best for you. for the millions upon millions
