roma. sister roma is one of the very best community leaders in san francisco. gloria: this comes as r 500 bills tracked by the aclu taking aim at the lgbtq+ community, many directed at drag queens. the sisters of perpetual indulgence was founded in san francisco in 1977 and has members in cities all over the world. amid the controversy, the dodgers we invited the sisters to their pride night. sister roma said she is floored to be recognized today. reggie: a r school board has blocked a history textbook because some of the supporting material mentions the late san francisco supervisor harvey milk. the school board president who opposed the book called milk a quote pedophile. it is unclear why he called him that, there was certainly no evidence that suggested that is the case and the governor has condemned that remark.

situation was scary with multiple people yelling and it seemed to be a sideshow at first. when they got a closer look, a camera person appeared to be recording people dancing. they do not have an official report of the incident, but they are looking into the video to learn more about what happened. reggie: tensions between the u.s. and china continue to grow amid a new incident at sea. u.s. officials say it is unacceptable behavior from china and part of a coordinated pattern. jobina: new video shows how close a chinese warship came to a u.s. military destroyer in the taiwan strait on saturday. estimates are that the chinese ship was just 150 yards from the u.s. destroyer. china's defense minister is defending the warship, telling the u.s. to mind your own business and calling the u.s. and canadian military presence a provocation. the u.s. is seeing alarming increase in confrontations with china.
