reggie:, this morning developments about the castro theater after months of debate, san francisco leaders have made a decision on the future of the historic theater. only part of the inside of the theater will receive landmark status. >> good morning. the san francisco board of supervisors just voted to put a landmark designation on interior parts of the castro theater, but not the orchestra seats. that is what the management group was hoping for, many in the community are disappointed with that decision. these seats have been a source of controversy. last year hundreds turned out to a town meeting -- a town hall meeting to try and save the seats. this could pave the way for a management group to tear out the seats and replace them. they what to allow a tier system that permits removable seats.
