relief for those hundreds of passengers and their families. happy to report the flight finally reached its final destination at sfo just after midnight. those long awaited family reunions captured on camera with every embrace even more special. this came after an emergency landing in russia. air india took off from delhi and was scheduled so land sfo. we know the location put the passengers in a remote location but brought up concern that the ongoing war in ukraine. you saw social media filled with passenger photos of sleeping accommodations showing varying degrees of discomfort. some travelers described being

if california were to resume executions. kumasi: we are tracking the antioch tax scandal. they moved to dismiss the case saying it was tainted by the officers involved. on a trail near antioch. prosecutors say the case heavily relied on the investigative work associated with officers accused of using racist messages. they no longer have confidence in the integrity of the prosecution. it could be one of the first felony cases to be dropped because of the texting scandal but thousands of cases will need to be reviewed, the largest ever in u.s. history. contra costa prosecutor said public defender's office is hiring more staff to review

every case that involves officers involved in that text scandal. that will review will go back to the beginner -- beginning of the officers career. >> some of them not only worked in antioch but other agencies. we will do a review of every case in their career at contra costa. kumasi: mcdonald's first review will be cases of people currently in jail, those on probation and parole and those with the conviction on the record. reggie: law enforcement will be employed on san francisco's crackdown of drug dealing use. the sheriff's office say officers have specialized intervention training. they join a crackdown that has
