about the fallout from the racist texting scandal from the antioch police department. some charges being dismissed. gloria rodríguez is joining us with reaction. gloria: the antioch police chief said there will likely be more felony dismissals with potentially thousands of cases to review. he said there are questions about whether the organization is credible. charges are dropped against two men accused in connection to the death of a woman who found her body burned and mutilated along a trail in and tack last october. two were arrested, now dropped. these are the first serious felony charges being dismissed because of officers linked to the antioch police apartment texting scandal. the officers are unpaid leave. the district attorney said it was a difficult decision to make
