everyone. i'm andrew dymburt. good morning to you. i'm ryan and allie. we want to begin with the major east coast artery severed after a section of an interstate collapsed. smoke and flames could be seen for miles after a tanker truck caught fire under interstate 95. in philadelphia, causing a portion of the busy highway to come crashing down. officials have not reported any injuries yet, but we have learned that a vehicle is still trapped under the rubble this morning, a section of a vital highway in the northeast has been cut off after a massive tanker truck fire erupted underneath interstate 95 in philadelphia, causing a part of the highway to collapse. oh my god. the road's fallen. that's stretch of the interstate used by more than 150,000 commuters every day is now shut down in both directions indefinitely. i plan to issue a disaster declaration allowing the commonwealth to immediately draw down federal funds and move quickly to repair and reconstruct this roadway.

drivers were sent on a 43 mile detour sunday morning when the tanker truck carrying more than 8000 gallons of gasoline ignited . last night, the governor said one vehicle was still trapped under the collapsed road and police were unsure if the driver made it out. we're still working to identify any individual or individuals who may have been caught in the fire and the collapse. as a coast guard officer telling abc news, it appears no fuel from the tanker reached the nearby delaware river. but a small amount did reach an adjacent cove, which has since been contained and heavy machinery is now meticulous, removing tons of debris, careful not to reignite whatever fuel remains. officials say it could be months before that section of the interstate completely reopens. it's going to look like lower manhattan, but every day, probably throughout the summer, it's going to be a nightmare. the

ntsb is investigating what caused the fire. and, of course, the collapse as well. transportation officials say that the collapsed section was a part of a $212 million reconstruction project that was just completed four years ago. now to the security preparations underway ahead of former president trump's court appearance in miami tomorrow. secret service dogs were part of a security sweep at the courthouse where he will surrender. amid the preparations . as trump says, he's not leaving the presidential race no matter what. abc's justin finch joins us live from miami with the very latest. justin good morning. andrew good morning. federal and local law enforcement have been working on a security plan now for several days for a former president trump and also for the crowds he's called to rally here outside of miami. federal court this morning. security ramping up in downtown miami. the secret service already surveilling near the federal courthouse where former president donald trump is set to formally face charges alleging he mishandled classified records and

did after his arraignment in that so-called hush money case in new york. and while there, he will give a speech to his supporters. and we'll also, andrew, hold a fundraiser. justin finch for us in miami. justin, thank you. now to a breaking story in australia. a nightmare for end to what was being called a fairy tale wedding. at least ten people were killed, 25 others were injured when a bus carrying the wedding party to their hotel crashed. it happened in australia's wine country, which is about 110 miles north of sydney. abc's britt clennett reports the driver was taken into custody. the driver is a 58 year old man. he's been arrested and taken in for testing, but it's really not clear what happened, whether speeding was involved, whether alcohol or drugs were involved. but there was no other vehicle on the scene at the time. our thanks to britt for that. and it's also unclear if weather played a factor, but there was fog in the area at the time of the crash. the state department is monitoring another case of an

american arrested on drug charges in russia. musician michael travis leak was arraigned saturday in moscow. russian officials say he suspected of trafficking the stimulant m-cat. reports say he'll be held at least eight more weeks if convicted, he faces 20 years in ukraine. president zelensky says about 4000 people have been rescued from flooding caused by the destruction of a major dam. zelensky says dozens of towns and villages are still flooded. he accused, quote, russian terrorists of shelling evacuation routes, leading to three deaths. now to the amazing survival story out of colombia for children lost in the jungle for 40 days after a plane crash found alive. new video has surfaced from their rescue as we learn more about how they survived, here's abc's derrick dennis. this morning, a helicopter rescue that's almost unbelievable for young children found together and alive, surviving two miracles in one.

of poisoning her husband and then writing a children's book about grief, defense attorneys are making their case for the wife's release ahead of her first court appearance today. abc's zohreen shah has the details as attorneys for that utah mother accused of poisoning her husband and then writing a children's book about grief, blasting the charges against her, saying she should be released on bail and that there is no substantial evidence that supports the charges. prosecutors say 33 year old corey richins poisoned her husband, eric, in march of last year by sneaking fentanyl into a moscow mule cocktail that she gave him. they also allege she took out $2 million in life insurance policies on her husband and used hundreds of thousands from his bank account and credit cards without him initially knowing about it. richins legal team refuting the allegations in new court filings, saying cell phone records show her husband was using his phone for hours after drinking that cocktail, adding prosecutors provided no evidence fentanyl was found in the home or that corey gave eric the fentanyl at issue. they also
