dispute pitting a local business against a neighborhood group of gardeners. both are trying to access and abandon plot of san francisco real estate known as parcel 36 or no man's land. >> nobody touches anybody. >> the gartner group as part of an activist organization called mission greenway that has been pushing to turn this parcel of land into a public green space. in late may captured on surveillance footage making threats to a local internet service provider that is paid back taxes to access this lot. the group demolishing their property on the land with a sledgehammer and power so. new video released to the eye team shows before this fight and adjacent preschool was targeted first. >> starting in october they came to the site. used power tools to break

through fencing that had previously secured the site and have continued to do that repeatedly almost every weekend since then. >> every weekend since october? >> yes. >> christine is the codirector of mission kids preschool. she says the group turned violent last october. >> the group decided to take a different turn and labeled themselves guerrilla. >> using power tools to cut locks, chains and a hole in the fence that secure the property around the school. >> they have engaged families for billy, heckled them as they are picking their children up from school. they have harassed staff coming and going from the facility and off hours on the weekend. >> she says the gardeners would scream at family and staff calling them colonialists. one of the school's teachers says she was often scared to leave at the end of the day. >> it has been difficult. our job is to teach two-year-olds, three-year-olds,

the san francisco board of appeals sent a letter last week said the mayor and several city agencies demanding more action be taken to resolve this. >> what a story. >> neighborhood once answers. >> earlier today, stephanie was in a san francisco courtroom for the case on the attack on paul pelosi. the federal trial is expected to begin in october about a year after nancy pelosi's husband was attacked in their san francisco home by an intruder with a hammer. on the state charges no trial date has been set but we were told today it will probably take place after the federal trial. >> a wild scene through the streets of east oakland. a suspected car or in gray suv led police on a chase that lasted 30 minutes. sky 7 was overhead as the driver ran several stop signs sometimes driving on the wrong side of the street narrowly missing
