santa rosa, 71 in fairfield. taking a closer look at the winds, hour-by-hour in a few minutes, let's check in with francis and see how the traffic is doing. francis: unfortunately we are off to a bad start, a sick ashes sticky situation with a traffic alert westbound 80. this commute will be tight. two big rigs stuck to each other and only the left lane is open approaching carlsen. here's a live shot past the scene westbound 80 making your from emeryville. from highway four to carlsen boulevard, the drivetime is 90 minutes. at the bay bridge toll plaza, there is a wind advisory right now so both hands on the wheel but traffic is light here and that could be the case later on. with all the traffic tied up behind us. big rig accident in el cerrito. hey heads-up, mass transit, bart, eighth and caltrain reporting no delays and they are back to a normal schedule at

this point. we will keep you updated on the sig alert on west on 80 in el cerrito because it could be out there for a while. kumasi: thank you. new this morning, a big fire damaged an abandoned warehouse in the east bay overnight. contra costa county firefighters say the fire broke out around 11:00 p.m. near the any aquamarine. cruz decided to go into defensive mode and the fire guard, at one point amber sparked a fire along the side of the building. >> it got knocked down on the fire but as you can see behind us, how to for several hours as it is up in the roof system. kumasi: fire officials say accessing the inside of the building was difficult. and concerns about the structural stability. the cause of the fire is being investigated. reggie: new developments in the father's day shooting on the embarcadero. abc 7 obtained the surveillance video showing the gunbattle and used by police to find the suspects.

the video shows the two vehicles involved. a black suv and a white sedan driving east on beach street toward the embarcadero. you can see a passenger in the backseat of the sedan climbing out of the window and shooting toward the suv. it appears the driver also sticks out an arm to open fire. we reach out to the mayor's office and sfpd for an update on the investigation and we have not received a response. one person who is speaking, former mayor willie brown, says this is not just a san francisco problem. >> it is another blackeye for the city but it is not unusual for incidents of a similar nature to occur, any major american city. when somebody says to me how do you stop that, if the guns were not in the hands of the people, it wouldn't matter. reggie: one sf supervisor compare the shooting to an old west shooting saying more officers are needed in the city. >> we have ignored our police

kumasi: if you access treasure island from the east on lanes of the bay bridge, the exit on the left side of the bridge is going to close thursday morning. after that, to get to treasure island you will need to take the new exit on the right of the

bridge at the end of the tunnel. so this is the video released by caltrans to let you know how to do it so you will be prepared. the left lane exit to treasure island will reopen in a few years so not anytime soon until a major upgrade. reggie: a baby red tailed hawk has been seen in a bald eagles nest. a sacramento-based photographer has been documenting the nest since may. the bald eagle parents have adopted them alongside their own baby. there on official names -- that's funny, if they couldn't name themselves. anyway they are tuff tailed hawk lit and the eaglet is lola. according to new post by wildlife photographers, lola and tuffy are attempting to fly from

[laughter] kumasi: we also love music so we will tell you about the first of its kind orchestral concert in san francisco this week. reggie: nearly 80 musicians in each is a part of the lgbtq+ community from different parts of the world. zach fuentes got a look inside of the rehearsal and has more on why they have joined forces. >> the blending of the music made to seem like this group of classical musicians have been practicing together regularly but this is one of their first rehearsals. >> we have four days to put this together. >> this is the international pride orchestra, made up of 78 musicians, some from local, state across the country, and others as far as new zealand and peru.
