investigation is underway. good morning, it is saturday, and we get started with the weather. we have been talking about half a million people coming in to town near san francisco for the pride festivities. what can they expect weather-wise? >> they expect a lot of clouds as we can see outside and gray skies over many parts of the bay area and you see here with live doppler 7 in the satellite image. here is the shot at sfo, it is cloudy this morning, temperatures are mostly in the mid to upper 50's and then by lunchtime we will get a lot of sunshine and exact at the coast, breezy this afternoon, that means temperature is still below average inland areas in the mid-70's, around the bay mid to upper 60's and at the coast upper 50's to near 60's. it will be a gorgeous day bring an extra layer, the sun sets at a: 35 and the cooler weather continues tomorrow for all of the festivities.

lasers are lighting up the sky in san francisco for pride month and the grand finale is happening this weekend. the rainbow are installation returned last night to the plaza in front of the san francisco variability. the mayor attended the ceremony and the lights are supposed to create the largest pride flag in the world when they point up market street. hundreds of people showed support for san francisco's trans march. tara campbell tells us more celebration and protests. >> has a liberation transgender community, hundreds marching in san francisco's dolores park to the castro. >> it is important to be with a bunch of people just like you and is important to embrace who you are and it is easier to do that when you see other people doing the same. >> there is joy here. we have a of negativity and we do not hear enough about joy. >> that shining down on dolores

i may seem to be early to talk about christmas but one major event is in jeopardy. christmas in the park organizers say partners are considering pulling out because of unpermitted vendors. lauren martinez explains they want the city to step in. >> we are talking about christmas in june. the massive event christmas in the park is at risk this year. third-party companies are hesitant to return because they say unpermitted vendors is around the event have become too big of a problem. >> due to the fact that the unpermitted vendors are causing accessibility issues to the ice skating rink at local businesses and our event, walking crosswalks and sidewalks, it is pretty much got into a point where we have reached out to the city to ask for help. >> in a letter to the mayor and city council members christmas in the park explains they are at risk of losing winter wonderland , a partnership for more than 23 years. a contract with butler
