we where the first on the scene yesterday morning shortly after the cruiseship crashed into the peer. princes -- pier. princes cruise did not say when they would be thes parting -- departing. they were supposed to be taking a 10 day trip to alaska. they let the passengers on as early as 11:30 a.m. but here we are after 5 a.m. the next day and they still have not left. the ship had just ramped up a separate 10 day alaskan cruise yesterday with more than 3300 guests and 1200 crew members on board. princess time where the guests -- wer the guests in danger. many have shared their confidence that they would be able to depart on the steamship after repairs. >> i am still going. >> i have trust in the

delivery man in oakland has been arrested in chicago. eric locelvira is accused of killing matheus gaidos off of telegraph avenue on june 21. eric locelvira is the man seen walking dogs in the video. then arguing with matheus gaidos right before the shooting. police were searching for a woman walking with the shooter in the video but investigators say she is no longer considered a person of interest. today, richmond's poli will give more information about what she says happened during a deadly shooting last week. happened when police were serving a search warrant. they say a man showed a gun while police were entering the house and that is when they shot him. all officers were put on leave. the police chief is expected to speak at 9:00 a.m. kumasi: the oakland police department may not be exiting federal oversight in september as previously thought.
