authorities say they're looking into what led up to his escape. >> we will review our policies, our procedures and our equipment to ensure this never happens again. >> he is suspected of killing a 72-year-old hostage during a standoff with police at a park in april. a man was found dead on port a bart train in concord. the individual died from an apparent drug overdose. paramedics attempted to resuscitate the man several times but without success. >> san jose police are asking for help finding the shooter or shooters who killed a juvenile and injured an adult this weekend. it happened saturday night near east williams and south 10th streets. police say two victims were shot and found on the sidewalk. the juvenile died. the adult was not seriously hurt and anyone with information about a possible motive or the suspect is asked to call police. san jose police have arrested a suspect in another deadly shooting that happened last july.

a man was killed along on barber road and after nearly a year of investigating police tracked down the suspect at a prison in arizona. that man has been extradited to san jose to face charges for the shooting. >> san francisco police chief bill scott his departments response to a skateboarding event known as the dolores hill bomb. officers arrested more than a hundred people including 81 juveniles who were cited and released. chief scott of the event a right and disputed his officer's response was excessive. >> was excessive about an officer and everyone putting on safety and protective equipment when they have explosives thrown at them, getting punched in the face, spat on because they did not have those helmets on before these things started happening. >> a few people were also seen and videotaped analyzing multiple muni vehicles. but it's held a protest yesterday complain about the response.
