lawyers and federal prosecutors back out for about 30 days to come up with another solution that meets the court standards. >> >> in wilmington delaware, a courtroom cliffhanger. federal judge maryellen finding fall in the we deal reach five hundred bidens lawyers and the donald trump appointed u.s. attorney, david weiss. that deal called for a hunter biden to plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges for failing to file taxes in 2017 and 2018. prosecutor prosecute biden over the gun purchase, provided he remained drug-free for two years. the judge said she would not rubberstamp the deal, and asked if this was even constitutional. many republicans slam to that plea deal as special treatment. >> yet, if this wasn't hunter biden, it is likely he wouldn't have been prosecuted at all.

the weather forecast and the things you can or cannot bring into levi's stadium. >> new developments. two people have been arrested, use of carjacking a vehicle and driving it off a steep hill in san francisco. who can forget this video from over the weekend? you can see the vehicle going over sanchez street. this is close to dolores park and castro. the suspects left the scene. police arrested a man and a woman in san francisco. they face multiple charges, including carjacking, conspiracy , receiving a stolen car, and reckless driving. >> four people are hurt, including to please officers after oakland police say officers interrupted an armed carjacking. this happened yesterday near 32nd street and west street. officers briefly chased the suspects and stop when there is copter took over. as police were responding to the scene, one of the cars collided with a fully marked oakland patrol vehicle.
