for business when she plays at levi's stadium next month. as for the fans. >> would you do it again? >> were going to do it next weekend. there are shows in los angeles, we have to go. >> cornell barnard. dion: of course they will do it again. this shows blue past curfew, and the stadium company will have to pay a fine. on friday night, the concert went until 11:40, and last night, she did not wrap up until 11:30. lisa gilmore says that yes, the 49ers company that manages legality -- levi's stadium will be hit with a small fine but it was to be expected. >> after concerts it takes a couple of hours to break down, the trucks, beep beep, backing up, the people leaving. it's at least two hours after. dion: the curfew for weekend concerts was one of the conditions that the team had to agree to when building the stadium.

the event follows several high-profile attacks on vendors in the south bay. councilmembers are working with the flea market vendors association to organize the event. community groups and nonprofits are aiming to help vendors with safety tips and resources on economic stability. the fair takes place at san jose city hall from 1:00-5:00 p.m.. a man on the peninsula faces charges in connection with a stabbing that killed one woman and injured an investigators are calling it a case of domestic violence. it all happened in redwood city on avenue near fvenue at 12:30 this morning. deputies responded after a woman called 911 screaming for help, saying that someone was trying th sheriffs office says that whenepies got there they found a man standing outside the home, coin blood. thenidentified 44-year-old was then taken into custody. the woman who survived the attack is expected to recover.

in the south bay, three sideshows blocked traffic in several areas of san jose overnight. [car dion: the first one happened at 12:30 in the morning near yerba buena. officers then responded to another one in the same area on capitol expressway. video shows multiple cars doing doughnuts as people got dangerously close and this one happened near the automall on pearl avenue where people are seen running from officers as they arrive. in developing news, a 3.6 magnitude earthquake shook morghan hill at 7:00 this money. the usgs says that it happened along the calaveras fault. there are no known injuries or damage, but there are reports of people feeling shaking in los banos as far north as san francisco as well. developing news out of some

account 40. a fast-moving fire there has burned more than 2200 acres in riverside county after it ignited on thursday. cal fire has it at 5% contained right now. more areas are under evacuation orders. firefighters say that they are making good progress, but there is a concern that thunderstorms today and tomorrow will increase the risk of a -- erratic fire behavior. one person was injured, no homes have burned, the cause of t re is still unknown. a reminder that y can see where any wild fire is bning in california by using our online interactive wildfire tracker. it also shows air quali so you can check if smoke is affecting the bay area. you can find this up now at our website, abc7news.com. now, to elon musk's media company x formerly known as twitter, and it's big bright sign despite the new corporate

identity has been causing upper in san francisco. here is how it looked from elon musk's tweet. people who lived across the street are complaining about how bright the letter x is at nighttime. inspectors try to access roof to see if it was up to code but they were turned away twice. the chronicle reports an inspector who tried on friday and on saturday who said he was denied access. the city is investigating the installation of the sign after the sudden rebrand of the company saying it did not go through the proper review process. a lazy day at the beach turned into sheer moments of panic and all captured on camera. new information today about the rescue of a pilot after this splash landing. and we will also check out the return of sunday streets to one of the most popular spots for a car free community event. spencer: bright and breezy around the bay area and we expect some changes in our

dion: a small plane crashed into a hanger this morning, killing three people in southern california.

it happened as the plan -- plane was taking off in upland in san bernardino. the faa says that it crashed into the hangar and burst into flames, all three people inside were killed. it is unclear where the plane was headed and who was on board. new d -- new details on this shocking scene, a small plane going down in front of crowds of people at the beach. it was carrying an advertising banner before it came down at a new hampshire beach. it flipped over after hitting the water. people rushed into help as you can see until lifeguards try to keep everyone away. >> azlan -- soon as it landed in the water we jumped right into action. we prompted sure. -- brought him to shore. there was no oil and no gas. nothing was leaking. the better for in that way. dion:dion:dion: the pilot wasn't -- seriously injured, he blamed

dion: today, muttsville posted a special event. it happened near the disney family museum in the presidio. people got to meet and cuddle with the elderly pops. it was a celebration of the exhibit called cats and dogs at the museum. it is about the many pets featured in disney movies. as a crate of touch, stations were set up to do live sketches of the dogs. >> inside the gallery we have a space that shows adoptable

animals from multiple shelters are on the bay area to highlight animals that need homes and get more eyes on them. when a neat idea. -- what a neat idea. the museum is open thursday through monday, and they are our parent company. the exhibition is open through january 14. the city of finish has a beautiful waterfront and this was the weekend to celebrate that community treasure. ♪ ♪ dion: look at their dancing skills. i hope they get to see this video. spectators were on their feet at the waterfront festival in benicia. folks were treated to a kaleidoscope of colors to take home. adding -- adding music and food and drink and you have a magnificent afternoon. the event is a fundraiser for the main street program, which revitalizes the downtowns of small communities.

one of the most popular sunday streets event in san francisco took over the streets of the mission district today. ♪ look at that great weather, music, food and community, what more could you ask for? valencia street became a pedestrian promenade filled with activities for people of all ages. the mission district sunday streets has always been a huge hit with a big turnout, this week, no exception. you really hit it on the mark all over spencer. spencer: just a great day for outdoor activities. we have some great neighborhoods at san francisco. but the mission is so special and the weather was special too. we see surface wind speeds fairly brisk up to 28 miles per hour in san francisco, breezy elsewhere as well. despite that onshore flow, it is warmer by several degrees in most bay area locations right

now than at this time yesterday. we go to a live view from sutro tower, looking over san francisco, where right now it is 63 degrees, hovering in the 70's around the bay. 61 degrees lots of blue sky over the bay, this view from emeryville with temperatures in the mid-upper 80's at novato and santa rosa, 70 degrees in napa, and such a beautiful mount tam looked down on the bay. these are forecast headlines, patchy fog near the bay, but lots of clear sky before that. mild and warm again tomorrow, but then we can expect widespread cooling to begin on tuesday. overnight we see lots of high clouds flowing through the bay area sky and patches of low clouds and fog developing near the coast. overnight lows will be in the mid 50's and we see lower 50's in the north bay, down to about 50 degrees in santa rosa. milder low temperatures in the

inland east bay with antioch only going up to 62 degrees. 59 degrees at half moon bay, 66 degrees in the city, around the bay shoreline, mid-70's tomorrow, up in the north bay, 489 degrees in santa rosa. lower 90's at antioch and brent what -- but what. we start to cool down on tuesday with temperatures reaching only into the upper 70's and low 80's in most locations, right around the bay shoreline, mid-upper 60's, staying in that range on wednesday, and on thursday as well. we have three cooler days coming our way, in the middle of the week before things start to warm up again. here's the accuweather 7-day forecast. breezy and cool on tuesday with that pattern holding through thursday and then friday it starts to warm up a little bit under sunny or skies and next week and we crank up to the mid--upper 90's on saturday and sunday and possibly triple
