the weather conditions being favorable. we have had a couple months or more of favorable conditions with the cooling effects along the coast. and relatively low humidity. that onshore flow humidity which reduces the risk of wildfires. the temperature range, even when it has become hot and our inland areas, that onshore flow has cap temperatures in a cool to comfortable range along the coast and around the bay shoreline. over the next few days, cooler than average weather. it will start to get hot in inland areas. we will see relatively cool and keep the relative humidity high enough to offset the risk of wildfires.
