aside $19 million into jail based treatment programs. in her latest budget, the mayor outlined plans for three wellness hubs. it is expected to include a shower, medical services, and options to treatment and medical services including privately funded safe consumption sites. >> am going to support supervised consumption sites will we can move forward with them legally. nothing i have seen in the last six or eight months is giving me the cause for optimism that any of this is going to happen soon. >> until there can be a coordinated rollout of wellness hubs, the supervisor says the money will be better spent in jail and the sheriff agrees. >> years prior, we did have treatment on demand in the jails. we still have that ongoing now just on a smaller scale.
