a car fished out of the water at the antioch marina. it is the result of a sideshow at the marina and smiths landing parking lot. the car was submerged and had to be towed out of the water. another driver crashed and sheared open a fire hydrant. a third driver also crossed crashed near 10th and g streets. 10 people were injured and taken to the hospital. as drug overdose deaths continue to climb, santa clara county is making a push to get narcan into the hands of as many people as possible and as tara campbell reports, the community is showing up. >> dozens of boxes of narcan being handed out. people packing in to to use the lifesaving naloxone nasal spray.

rapids. alaska is warming at twice the rate compared to the rest of the country. for people taking to the hospital after a water rescue in alameda. it is still unclear what went wrong, but fire officials one person went into cardiac arrest. three others were taken to the hospital, but they are expected to be ok. following the death of euphoria star angus cloud, his mother has said his death may have been an accidental overdose. he died in his family's oakland home. his mother said her son did not intend to end his life, that although he was in grief over

his dad's passing, his last day was a joyful one. his cause of death has not been determined. his mother shared he spent his last day reorganizing his room, doing art projects, and spoke of his intent to provide financially for his family. san francisco taxi drivers will protest the possible expansion of self-driving car's in the city tomorrow. to vote thursday on lifting restrictions for driverless car's without restrictions. the cars could work 24/7 as driverless right hailing services. a board member of the san francisco taxi workers alliance said in part taxi drivers are the canaries in the coal mine in the coming ai on slot. our jobs may go first, but yours could be next.
