the bear was captured last week. she has been moved to a wildlife sanctuary in colorado. lena howland joins us with details. >> dna evidence has tied hank the tank to break-ins at 21 homes from the beginning of last year until just recently. hank, who happens to be a female has three cubs, who were also captured. . hank was captured friday for an evaluation. by monday hank was picked up by the wildlife animal sanctuary all the way from springfield, colorado and arrived in springfield yesterday. no other sanctuary in california had room. state wildlife officials spoke to karina nova about the decision yesterday. they said relocation is not typically an option for conflict animals, over the concern that
