indictments he faces. he can't do that with the georgia state conviction. how will that play out? >> that's right. the pardon power does not extend here. and the georgia governor is limited. there will be other constitutional considerations. there's separation of powers, we think of between congress and the president. s be there's also a separation of power problem between the president and states, for instance. where they could continue of a sitting president in office is something we hasn't had to deal with yet. >> juju: donald trump has attacked fani willis. you know her. she's a former colleague of yours. what do you think of the attacks and the case she's brought forward? >> she's a professional.

tonight about the woman whose body was found near san francisco's golden gate park. the body was found in a duffel bag sunday night near 22nd and fulton. investigators have not said anything about the cause of death, but j.r. stone that down with the mother is in castro valley tonight to hear more about her daughter's challenging life. j.r.: this is 37-year-old kelly koike, the woman found dead in san francisco's golden gate park sunday night. her mother described the conversation she had monday with the coroner. >> yesterday, to find your daughter in a duffel bag walker finding her. j.r.: she tells us her daughter was living on the streets of san francisco and suffered from a mental illness, saying she had a lifelong passion for makeup and design, even changing her eye color to all white at one point.

>> i know deep down in her, w thought this part here has some stuff here. but she got killed. j.r.: police will only say this is a suspicious death. investigators worked late into the night sunday at golden gate park, but so far no arrest. her mother says she the good times when they would go to benihana as a family. she says kelly graduated from culinary school and worked as a concierge in san francisco, but the mental challenges that started in her teens eventually overtook everything else. roya says she feared
