watching a funny comedy documentary compared to a long form journalistic media product. the people who watched the comedy learned a little less, but they felt a lot. most importantly, they felt there was possibility of action and that their action might make a difference. >> the goal is to use laughs to educate the audience and potential solutions. >> we're saying wait a minute. there's so much we can do. rather than freaking out about it, let's do something. use comedy to do that and communicate those messages, translate some of those messages, reach new people and hopefully get people to think differently about climate. ♪ >> it's not just standups trying to flip the script. some people in hollywood are saying they need to do more. a study of nearly 40,000 recent
