so you add a hurricane, which will pass and go landfall north of us. it is going to be a problem. that hurricane is more than 300 miles to my southwest. let's look at where it is headed. you've got all of this population around the tampa bay. the zone that will have 4 to 7 feet of surge. but the actual cone and the actual landfall will likely be up in the big bend of florida. that's a great place for it to make landfall a category 3 major hurricane because it's not as populated. but a place like cedar key, we're talking about unsurvivable storm surge. big time issues well beyond the cone. i mean, take a look at that. you've got down to naples on alert, charleston, even savannah. quick look at the storm surge which is the number one loss of life and property. you add seven feet with a full moon tomorrow morning and evenen here in tampa bay we are concerned some of the gusts could be up to 110 miles per hour. >> which is why it's so important to heed those warnings.

[ laughter ] it's a beautiful moment. >> with your helmet on. >> always. >> you talk about the difficult times. they have been there in your own life. they're in abby's world. how does biking relate to getting through all of that? >> so i think biking is something that can help you feel at home in your body. i think it's something that's available and accessible to people if you're older, if

8:53 am
