what's happening right now. the wind is very light, which is good news, reducing fire concerns. we had strong gusts earlier today and the 24 hour temperature change shows quite a warm up across most of the bay area. so let's take a closer look from sutro tower looking out over san francisco where it's 71 degrees right now. we have low to mid 70s right now at oakland mountain view, san jose, palo alto and 61 at half moon bay. nice view from mount tam looking down onto the bay under sunny skies mid 70s right now at santa rosa novato, napa, fairfield, concord and 69 at livermore and a pretty good view of the sky over the golden gate, which is mostly sunny with a few thin high clouds. these are the forecast headlines mostly clear tonight. fire danger diminishes. that's happening right now. winds decrease, humidity increases, and we can expect warmer days this week with showers possible by saturday. as we go into the forecast animation, you can see just a few high clouds sweeping over tonight. but basically we have clear skies overnight and the day will start tomorrow morning with sunny skies overnight, low temperatures will be mainly in

the mid 40s, some low 40s in some of the cooler spots. and up north, a low of 39 at santa rosa, 38 at lakeport. and we go to sunny skies tomorrow and high temperatures will range from 68 at half moon bay to 71 at san francisco, low to mid 70s generally around the bay shoreline and low to mid 70s inland. so there won't be much of a range from the bay to the inland areas tomorrow. all locations there will be in the low to mid 70s, very mild day as we approach the end of the month and as we approach halloween. here's the accuweather 70 forecast, not much change in the temperature range on tuesday, maybe a few more high clouds around, but basically the weather on halloween will be a real treat with a little autumn warmth coming in on wednesday with high temperatures inland in the upper 70s on wednesday. then we'll see mid to upper 70s right on through the remainder of the week until friday when it starts to get a little bit cloudier, partly cloudy, we'll call it, and a slight chance of some light showers on saturday. but
