soon have a new supporter. multiple sources tell abc news that robert f kennedy jr plans to abandon his presidential campaign and endorse trump as early as this week, but that endorsement would come with a price. insiders say he would require a position in a trump administration, a move. donald trump jr. seemed open to. >> i love the idea. i love the idea of giving him some sort of role in some sort of, you know, major, you know, three letter entity or whatever it may be, and let them blow it up. >> kennedy reached out to both campaigns with the same offer, but we know that rfk reached out to try to get a meeting with harris. >> he wanted to talk to her about getting a place in her cabinet in exchange for his endorsement. and we know that that went nowhere. >> but polls show trump would not benefit from all kennedy voters. >> it's interesting. kamala harris actually gets more kennedy voters than donald trump does. but the biggest number overall is actually someone else entirely. >> trump is set to head to the border today in an effort to sway voters in arizona.

totalitarian regime. there's no spirit, there's no courage left. they don't understand what's happening. they feel betrayed by their leaders. and i think they just realize the game is up. >> russia has reportedly brought in soldiers drafted into the army to try to hold the region. >> now to the latest fallout for a detroit judge temporarily removed from the bench after handcuffing a teen who was visiting his courtroom this morning. we're getting a first look at the lawsuit filed by the teen's family. >> it's been pretty devastating. >> this morning, the family of a 15 year old girl in michigan has filed a lawsuit against the detroit judge, accusing him of humiliation, false arrest and unlawful detention after he targeted the teen during a courtroom field trip. >> one thing you'll learn about my courtroom is that i am not a toy. i'm not to be played with. >> judge kenneth king first berated eva goodman for falling asleep, then had her handcuffed, ordered her to change into a

jail uniform, and threatened to put her in a juvenile detention center. >> i'm going to go to sleep tonight while you're sitting in the juvenile detention facility. >> eva's mother says her daughter was likely tired because their family does not have a permanent home. >> eva doesn't want to come outside. she doesn't want to be involved with no one else but family relatives. it's hard for her to sleep at night. >> so that was my own version of scared straight. >> after defending his actions in an interview last week, king was removed from the bench until he completes training and wayne state university dropped him as a part time faculty member. king's attorney declined to comment on the lawsuit, saying king only wants the best outcome for this young person and all young people. the family is seeking in excess of $75,000 in sicily. >> efforts to find the last person missing from monday's yacht tragedy are resuming. this morning. five of the six have

tomorrow. good morning america. kerry washington is live on gma. >> we're back with a circus performer surviving a horrific fall from a tightrope while performing in england. she was balancing on a chair when she plunged to the floor in front of the crowd. she has serious injuries, but she is expected to survive. authorities are investigating the incident. >> richard simmons family says the fitness star's cause of death has been ruled accidental. simmons died last month at the age of 76. a spokesman says the l.a. coroner's office determined his death was caused by complications due to recent falls with heart disease as a contributing factor. simmons reportedly fell the night before he died, but refused medical attention. >> now, an update to a story we brought you yesterday. video shows a woman accused of enticing a tiger at a new jersey

zoo. police are still searching for the woman, saying that what she did was dangerous and illegal. this morning, authorities are searching for this woman who jumped a fence at a new jersey zoo and stuck her hand into the tiger enclosure. >> the back and forth behavior that he did, it's kind of like a pacing thing. you can also see his tail is kind of going, and that's an agitated behavior. >> zookeepers describing how one of the two bengal tigers in that cage reacted to the woman as she taunted the animal. just a thin metal fence separating her and the 500 pound predators. >> as soon as she turned around in the video, you can also see his paw go up and him go after her, and then she kind of reached out towards him. those were all predatory behaviors that he was displaying, and he was very agitated that she was on the other side of the fence and he could not get to her. >> police posting the video on social media in hopes of finding the woman and speaking with her. >> it was very important to me

was a bit too much enthusiasm to a pep rally. here's abc's derrick dennis. >> this morning, a principal near fresno, california, is on leave after many called his actions at a back to school rally inappropriate. a mascot appears to give the principal of buhach colony high school, robert nunez, a simulated lap dance. moments later, nunez switches places appearing to do the same. what happens if you hack stays at back? nunez then fires confetti from his pants before standing up and trading places with a suggestive dance of his own. parent ryan atterbury's 14 year old son recorded the incident and showed it to his dad, who posted it on social media. >> these are your kids. this is what they're seeing. you guys get to see it, too. >> atterbury says reaction to the video has been surprisingly mixed. >> there's people that messaged me like, man, i thought he was good. and i'm like, he might be. but weird is weird. could be a good dude. like, i don't know
