time in four years. chief economics correspondent, rebecca jarvis is here for what it means from car loans to mortgages. >> rebecca: good morning, the fight against inflation, we won't hear them outright declare victory over inflation but we expect to see the fed cut rates for the first time in four years. the question is "how low could they go", rates have been at the highest in two decades 5.25 and 5.5 percent, half of a percentage or a quarter percent cut is expected. what does it mean for your wallet? it will be cheaper to bor row money, less expensive mortgages car loans and credit card debt. if you are carrying a balance on the credit card, you felt the sting of high rates with an average apr, a staggering 28%! nearly a rate cut, will mean a decrease there. 30 year fixed rate mortgages, ticking lower already in anticipation of this cut, the average is 6.2%, today it's

he should get bail. so, he will now make similar arguments that he made yesterday ... to a different judge. and i think it's still unlikely he'll get that bail. and, there's still a shot. >> prosecuters laid out evidence. >> michael: how strong is the case and what could the defense be? >> an indictment looks strong, one of the strongest parts of the case, will be that there isn't just one witness, this isn't just about cassie, there will be multiple witnesses who will be testifying. the defense is trying to portray this as there will be one witness, no, no, a lot of witnesses will come forward, and the defense is gonna be that there was no coercion here ... right? this is not a crime about the assault we saw on the video. this is a crime about coercing people to engage in sex trafficking and other conduct, and you will have to be able to prove the coercion, the defense well say you can't prove it. >> what does it mean for the civil suit,? >> the only reason this came
