signing and someone said to, you know, you haven't done a story about a love story people who are in their 50s and 60s for a while. why don't you do that? i spent last night thinking, yeah, why haven't i found that wish to mark. >> do you have an ideal reader in your head or does it change all the time? >> i'm fortunate my readers range from teenagers up to the 80s and 90s. i had a lady of the book signing yesterday my oldest lady 102 years old and i think my youngest reader was 12 yesterday. sobered is pretty much anyone who wants a story about people they can relate to because i don't write on about astronauts, serial killers but this lady is a small town doctor and this guy used to serve in the military and this guy used to grow trees for a living. >> george: you have one of your super readers, jill. many of the books resonate me

for different reasons but i'm curious which one of your books holds the most significance to you personally and what makes it stand out? >> you have to go with the first one, "the notebook" and without "the notebook" that is what launch my career so to speak so it has the most resonance. i'm not saying that is the one i think is the best. or the most complex or something like that. but it just has impacted my life more than any other because of the film and because of the musical and because it's been so long on the best seller list. >> george: do your kids have a favorite? walk to remember. a lot of time when i have readers, the favorite is the one they read the first. when my kids reach the age to read, read the one about teenagers. >> george: thank you for coming in and "counting miracles" is out tomorrow. showing some great -- up next, d

it. >> how long does it take? >> about 5 minutes. we will cover everything with the water and toasted and dump. are you ready for this? 15 garlic cloves. >> 15. i'm from pennsylvania and i have to represent my people and we eat a lot of garlic there. the thing about the garlic, it gets sweet in the oven and doesn't get too garlicky but melts. and now we move on to add chicken thighs in here. and then we just cover them all up the oven. that is what is nice about this, you can put it in there and cover with aluminum foil and forget it in the oven 425 at 30 minutes or until it is cooked. >> nice and easy. >> while in an oven, we will go on to making delicious green sauce and what is wonderful about this you can add whatever
