banned chemical weapons during russia's war in ukraine. will stay on top of this breaking story from moscow. >> we are getting a look at some incredible video of a police chase in ohio this month. the incident ended with a father facing charges and his infant son literally left out in the cold. new video showing an infant being ejected from this van during a police chase in ohio. then the emotional reunion with his mother. oh, god. oh, god. police say it all started when zachary czerwenka was at a walmart near toledo, where someone recognized him from an arrest warrant. an officer approaches him with his nine month old and five year old children in the back as their mother loads their groceries. how's it going? >> he's running. >> police say czerwenka sped off, leaving the children's mother behind, reaching speeds up to 100mph with the van door wide open as they round a turn. the nine month old boy goes

flying out of the vehicle. his car seat bouncing multiple times off the grass, which the officer does not see. minutes later, police ended the chase because of bad weather. >> what did he tell you exactly? he just left the baby on the side of the road. >> yeah. >> czerwenka then called the mother, saying he dropped the five year old child off at a friend's house. he then described the area where the nine month old boy was ejected. oh my god. >> baby boy. >> the baby boy was found after an hour in the cold, still strapped into his car seat. >> it's so cold. i know. get him out, baby. >> it's okay. mama's here. mama's here. >> czerwenka told police he was scared and made a horrible decision. complete understatement. there he is now charged with child endangerment. that car seat likely saved that boy's life. >> it's a hard video to watch. yeah, it's very hard. blown out of a car. >> it happened so fast. you see how the officer might not have seen it? right. and thankfully, the dad did tell them that the baby fell out of the. >> even on video, it was hard to
