surveillance. she was screened at a security checkpoint, bypass bypassed identity verification. and boarded without showing a boarding pass. this incident happened within weeks for a -- from a woman who boarded a flight to paris. >> people got through tsa, without proper credentials, and got on the plane. >> they followed procedures to have the unticketed passenger removed from the flight and apprehended. >> gio: what's striking, guys you have a situation where two passengers, went through that id-checkpoint, they went through security, but bypassed the id-checkpoint and the delta gate agents. we need to package out what's happening, obviously something's going wrong. >> janai: you speak about security, thinking about that, and also knowing there's a shooting at sky harbor international airport in

phoenix, arizona, christmas night, and another gun incident, what's the latest on the security and safety? >> gio: a family fight escalated at a restaurant outside of security, and during the fight one of the adults pulled a gun, fired multiple times and three suffered gunshot wounds and another was stabbed. one of the womans a woman is in critical condition right now. hours later another man with no relation to that shooting arrived at the airport with guns after hearing there were multiple guns reported there. and they took this man into custody and charged him with aggravated assault. scary stuff happening there. >> janai: we were talking about travel, millions are traveling home for the holidays on the roads and in the airports. >> gio: and there's a sinkhole problem, taking a look at what we saw from abc 7 here in new york, it closed down an interstate, forcing travelers to detour on local

flight for more than 2 hours on christmas eve. >> gio: tsa are investigating the new stowaway event, this happened on christmas eve, seattle to honolulu, a woman was found on a flight around thanksgiving, and was later arrested. this christmas eve stowaway was discovered when they taxied for take off. the suspect was arrested, screened at the security check point but bypassed the identity verification point, and made it on to the plane without showing the boarding pass. >> with the extra people, so many traveling during the holiday, millions, in fact, there was a shooting at sky harbor international airport in phoenix, arizona on christmas night, followed by another gun incident there, again as the airport's packed. >> gio: the airport is packed

dumbbells. we start with feet under the hips and the hips back into the hinged position, dumbbells back behind, and draw the elbows up, feeling the squeeze. >> gio: this feels good. >> coach: a good squeeze, working the lats and the upper back, for great shoulder posture. feeling the grinch pull, the strength to pull the sleigh up. one more rep there. okay, all right? >> gio: i knew it would happen. and, we have also got a small christmas tree you say we can do things with. >> coach: you may have something small like this in your home, the grinch stole all of the christmas tree, we are doing full-body work here, to get the heart rate up, like we do in the studio. this is the "up with the tree", full body movement. starting with the squat, feet down on the ground, down to the floor, push on the ground.

as you stand up, push the tree up the chimney up on to the sleigh, getting all the way through. getting those who christmas treese stolen. [ laughter ] >> gio: i like that. and the grinch crawls around to steal christmas. he has a crawl that i will learn about? >> coach: we don't need equipment, starting in the tabletop position, down on all fours and push through the hands and the toes so the kneese hover, and like the grink slithers around the christmas tree, we will walk and crawl, lots of free motion here. >> gio: you feel that in the core. >> coach: stabilize the core, working on shoulder stability and strength, there, as well. >> gio: awesome, chris, you are awesome, we have more? wait, we have another segment. kevin, our next workout is all about "home alone". >> sound clip: give this to kevin, give this to kevin, give this to kevin. >> here you go kevin. >> kevin's not here. kevin's not here.

good training, kids can do this, they can do the basicings. sit, stay, down, recall. basics and, if you can't do that, work with a trainer, puppy socialization classes are important, find a veterinarian, not many have a veterinarian, so, have a good relationship, bring them in for just because visits and grooming, trim their nails and clean their ears brush their teeth, and some dogs like poodles and doodles they need to be groomed every 6-8 weeks, be a responsible pet parent, and nutrition. those two words remember those words, whit: complete and balanced. say it with me, one, two, three. >> whit: complete and balanced. >> doctor: nailed it. and, this "s" has two meanings to it, anytime "safety and sound", that includes having a secure collar, reflective collar for at night, and a good harness, the retractable leashes throw them out, you
