surveillance. she was screened at a security checkpoint, bypass bypassed identity verification. and boarded without showing a boarding pass. this incident happened within weeks for a -- from a woman who boarded a flight to paris. >> people got through tsa, without proper credentials, and got on the plane. >> they followed procedures to have the unticketed passenger removed from the flight and apprehended. >> gio: what's striking, guys you have a situation where two passengers, went through that id-checkpoint, they went through security, but bypassed the id-checkpoint and the delta gate agents. we need to package out what's happening, obviously something's going wrong. >> janai: you speak about security, thinking about that, and also knowing there's a shooting at sky harbor international airport in

phoenix, arizona, christmas night, and another gun incident, what's the latest on the security and safety? >> gio: a family fight escalated at a restaurant outside of security, and during the fight one of the adults pulled a gun, fired multiple times and three suffered gunshot wounds and another was stabbed. one of the womans a woman is in critical condition right now. hours later another man with no relation to that shooting arrived at the airport with guns after hearing there were multiple guns reported there. and they took this man into custody and charged him with aggravated assault. scary stuff happening there. >> janai: we were talking about travel, millions are traveling home for the holidays on the roads and in the airports. >> gio: and there's a sinkhole problem, taking a look at what we saw from abc 7 here in new york, it closed down an interstate, forcing travelers to detour on local

crashed. this cell phone footage, shows the plane hurdling toward the ground, leveling out and regaining altitude. moments later, the aircraft decended and crashed into a ball of fire. footage inside the cabin shows unsettling moments before the crash, with visible damage to the plane's wing, passengers sit with lifevest, resting on the seats, and, oxygen masks on. small holce were seen scattered across the fuselage. holes abc news is told there are indications that this plane was hit with a russian anti-aircraft system. >> and this company that advises carriers in the region, pointed to photos of the wreckage and shows damage that is consistent with surface-to-air fire. >> there are scuffs and dents, the fuselage and the direction

and he called out the lawyers for aggressive file and attacks and asking them to tone it down. this morning a legal victory for the woman suing jay-z for allegedly raping her when she was 13. a federal judge ruled the woman can proceed with the case, while remaining anonymous at least for now. and, the judge chastised the lawyers representing jay-z accusing them of trying to fast-track the process by repeatedly filing motions to reveal the identity of jane doe, and the wrote in a 5-page brief, these are combative motions containing language that's inappropriate, a waste of judicial resources and a tactic unlyingly to benefit his client. the unlikely to benefit his client. >> the legal twist comes after the civil lawsuit by jane doe was filed, claiming carter
