deal and a look at what's next. with smiles on their faces, the first three hostages released from captivity in gaza as part of the israel-hamas ceasefiret deal are now back on israeli soil after 471 days in captivity. >> three women, 24 year old romi gonin, 28 year old emily de mari and 31 year old darren steinbrecher are now free. >> we cannot imagine the horrors these three young women have endured in 15 months of hamas captivity. >> relatives of romi goren, overcome with emotion after hearing the news. emily damari all smiles in the photo as she was reunited with her mother. this was the scene in gaza just moments before the women were released. hamas men gathered around the red cross convoy. a crowd gathered to watch the exchange. under this first phase of the deal, 33 hostages will be released over the next six weeks, including two americans, keith samuel siegel and sigi cohen. sigi has three daughters,

23,700 acres and is now 52% contained. evacuation orders were lifted for dozens of areas this weekend, and so far, the fires are blamed for at least 27 deaths. search and rescue dogs are looking for possible human remains. >> 35 years ago, a husband was cremated and that was we his remains were. the dog was able to detect that. so it's been cremated and through a second fire, the dog was able to pinpoint within about a one foot radius. >> oh that's incredible. while many are eager to return to homes that were largely untouched by the fires, some will likely have to wait months as there is a risk of landslides and contaminated water. now, if you'd like to help in the wildfire recovery effort, we have an easy way that you can donate. you can see this is a qr code on your screen, which will take you to a list of verified and vetted organizations helping survivors. we are following the story of that fire at the lithium battery storage plant in moss landing. fire crews say the facility has a fire suppression

incident, the reason the national weather service issued a beach hazard statement. officials are warning to watch for sneaker waves, which can knock people off their feet and quickly pull them into the ocean. riptide currents are also stronger than normal. the beach hazard statement extends from the coastal north bay, including point reyes national seashore, all the way down to southern monterey bay and big sur. it all runs through 7 p.m. tomorrow. well, pier 39 is celebrating the 35th anniversary of california sea lions on its docks. the pinnipeds began arriving a few months after the loma prieta earthquake hit san francisco back in october of 1989. by january of 1990, a colony of barking sea lions completely took over pier 39 k dock. a record of more than 2100 sea lions visited in may and june of last year. i always take my son. he just loves the sound and the sights, and i think he even likes the somewhat funky smells that are coming from those

docks. >> but don't we all? who doesn't love the sea lions? it's an experience. they're waiting for more sunlight. did you notice that there weren't many of them out there today? >> they want to get warm. that's why they're hanging around. >> we all want to get warm. it's happening though. it will be happening later this week. starting tomorrow, actually. here's a look at what's happening right now. the satellite radar composite image. high pressure. the dominant feature in our weather, which will keep our skies mainly clear over the next few days. and the pressure gradient between high and low pressure. still feeding some strong winds into southern california where there is high fire danger still. right now we have just moderate winds here in the bay area. wind speeds generally from eight to about 15mph, but stronger winds will be blowing overnight, as a matter of fact. a wind advisory will be in effect from 4 a.m. tomorrow to 1 a.m. tuesday for the north bay interior mountains winds. sustained winds will be out of the north at about 20 to 30mph. gusts up to 55mph. there's a possibility of downed tree limbs and a few power outages. wind gusts. animation shows how winds are going to intensify tomorrow afternoon. up to

between 30 and 40mph or higher, in the strongest in the areas most affected by the winds. but by midnight tomorrow night, we'll see the winds calming down once again. moving along, taking a look at current temperature, the 24 hour temperature change i should say. notice how much cooler it is across the board than at this time yesterday. five degrees cooler in concord and san carlos. 13 degrees cooler in morgan hill. and it's going to get even colder overnight. a frost advisory will be in effect from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. tomorrow for the north bay interior mountains, the east bay hills and interior valleys, and down in the santa clara valley and the eastern santa clara hills. temperatures down to about 33 degrees. of course, frost will form under those conditions. right now it's 48. in san francisco, low 50s at oakland, hayward, san jose, 50 for redwood city and 48 at half moon bay. and looking at other temperature readings right now, 49 at santa rosa, 45. mid 40s, i should say, at petaluma and napa, 49 at fairfield, 50 degrees each at concord and

livermore. and we're looking at the golden gate right now, because looking northward is where we can find some of the coldest weather. overnight frost advisory in effect. and then on monday, tomorrow, gusty wind advisory, gusty winds with a wind advisory in effect and midweek will bring us sunny skies and warmer conditions. finally. and we still have that beach hazard statement in effect until 7 p.m. tomorrow. dangerous swimming and surfing conditions, increased risk of rip currents and sneaker waves. overnight lows, as you can see, will be in the mid to upper 30s in all of our inland areas and in some locations around the bay shoreline. highs tomorrow, generally in the low 60s, so tomorrow will be the beginning of a warmer trend ahead. here's the accuweather seven day forecast. tomorrow and tuesday, look for high temperatures in the low 60s near the bay and inland. then wednesday, thursday and even friday we'll see high temperatures in the mid or even mid to upper 60s. that will be something to celebrate. but then next weekend it turns cool all over
