>> it's a great town to party in for sure. i haven't really ventured outside the building. >> michael: why do you think you were able to just pretty much dominate, do whatever you want throughout that game, offensively and defensively? >> honestly, i think it comes down to preparation and detail. and that starts with coaching. so i think the coaches did a great job the last two weeks of preparing us for every single look we could see on offense and also preparing our defense for every single trick play or whatever they put on film, we've seen it. and so just that, the detail and the preparation. and then i think just the culture in that locker room. guys wanting to play and win for each other. and that was it. i think that's what separated us. as cliche as it sounds, i truly believe those were the big differences this year. >> michael: and you guys, this is the second time in three years you're playing the kansas city chiefs.

women always put others before themselves. what is your message? >> i hear this all the time from my patients. i don't have time, or they downplay their symptoms. women are so good at multitasking and putting everybody else on their priority list. we want women to put their heart health at the top of their priority list. to know their numbers, to get screened, to pay attention to symptoms. i'll also say this, if they see a doctor who tells them their chest pain is acid reflux or their shortness of breath is just that they're deconditioned or tired because they're overwhelmed. you need to advocate for yourself and see someone who listens to you. see if that whole picture of who you are as a woman, your whole life, all those risk factors. >> robin: we always say self care is not being selfish. >> that's right. >> robin: you gotta take care of yourself first. >> leading cause of mortality cardiovascular disease. important for moms, too. you want to be around for your kids' graduations, every moment in their lives. put yourself at the top. >> robin: visualize that woman in your life. >> that's right.
