heading south out of san jose. the trains blocked two lanes out of three lanes. the truck was carrying wax and was eventually removed. lloyd lacuesta is on the scene. >> reporter: seven hours after this tanker truck overturned as you can see it is still here and still causing traffic slow downs. right now workers as you can see are trying to unload the overturned riggs 43,000-pound load of liquid wax into that other tanker truck. meanwhile there are three to four southbound lane opens. for several hours, traffic was restricted to one lane and that caused a massive back up that stretched for 6 miles in san jose. >> i left work at 3:30.
