girl. the teen was found at about 6:15 this evening on pacific avenue near castro street. officers say she had multiple stab wounds no, arrests have been made and the victim's name hasn't been released. it's the first homicide of san leandro of the year. this video of a fatal shooting in west oakland. it happened about 9:30. the cameraman arrived police had blocked avenue the street and paramedics were attending to a mail victim. a neighbor heard ten gun shots. the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. >> some business owners complaining about plans to put a homeless shelter in their neighborhood. as alex savage tells us it's it's in a smaller city in contra costa that's struggling to turn things around. >> reporter: bound by state law the city of pittsburgh must pick an area for a future
