>> stop! get down on the ground! get down on the ground! >> get down. >> this is ridiculous. >> the man is not finished yet. eventually this man, takes the secure tity guard down to the ground. that's when these other guests intervene. >> somebody help him! somebody help him! >> eventually police were called to the scene and glenn was booked by the anaheim police who we contacted. they say the man appeared to be drinking but they didn't bother giving him a sobriety test because the assault and battery charges result in a stiffer penalty than a drunken disorderly conduct. >> i won't fight anymore. >> it is ski season which also means it's avalanche season. check this out . this is an avalanche that happened in red mountain pass, colorado. some back country skiers are enjoying the mountains, taking some video.

this guy hits the big jump. stomps the landing. >> oh! holy [ bleep ]. >> they just start so fast. they come out of nowhere. that's crazy. >> and they're massive, too. >> the colorado avalanche information said posted this video and they say the danger is considerable to high throughout the colorado mountains. >> the guys were unprepared for this. they were skiing out there for a while there were tracks all over the mountains. they don't seem concerned about it, they're laughing and it seems far off in the distance. watch what happens. [ bleep [ bleep ]. >> everybody made it out of this avalanche just fine, but some skiers in washington this weekend weren't to lucky. this video is from a helmet camera, the woman was the lone survivor in an avalanche that killed three other professional skiers. this video shows the moment of the avalanche moments before it

happened. she survived because of an avalanche survivoal air bag. >> i wasn't sure if mine was deployed because of being tossed and turned. >> what is the success rate of the air bags? why wouldn't every skier invest in one? it's your life. >> you have to hope these skiers who start skiing the back country will buy one of them and make it standard out there. >> the video i'm about to show you is causing debate online. this happened at beach channel high school in queens, new york. this video is being shot secretly by another student. the teacher at the front is david, take a listen to the exchange he's having with this student. >> whoa! you wa >> this interaction started over an argument over the unnamed student's cell phone.

keep watching. >> did he just spit on the student? >> yes. this matter is still under investigation, the teacher has been reassign to an administrative office for the time being. but there's the teacher's side to the story. according to him, in this scenario, the student had taken a piece of chewed gum and tried to stick it to the teacher's rear end, and then in this interaction right before the teacher spits, the teacher claims this student put the chewed piece of gum in his mouth. >> so if that's the case, then the teacher was spitting out the chewed gum that this kid chewed up. >> which is gross. >> real gross. >> now, the problem is a lot of the exchange right before the spitting takes place is not on camera because the student is moving around and trying to get in closer. >> i don't have a problem with what this teacher is doing. i think he's in a class with possibly difficult kids that

♪ spring training is underway, baseball nuts all over the place are submitting videos competing for the title of major league baseball's number one fan. watch. >> what's more funnier than a fat guy in a small coat? give him the ball -- ah! ♪ >> these are some of the 50 contestants vying for a spot in the 2012 mlb fan cave, which is a studio in manhattan where some of these winners will watch games all season long and blog about them. baseball stars sometimes show up, sometimes celebrities show up. there are 50 contestants, but

one caught my eye in particular. i'll show you why. >> the smartest baseball players of all time, one of my favorite, cory. >> this guy is ben christensen. he's 28, a student at university of oregon, a bartender living in yew phone, oregon. his room is decked out with all sorts of baseball paraphernalia, but he also put some of that on his body. what he has here is all of the american league logos on one side of his torso, and -- these are tattoos. all of the national league teams on the other side of his torso. >> what? >> and this tattooed baseball enthusiast is joining us right this minute. ben, as far as we're concerned, you are already baseball's number one fan with those tattoos. what happens when a team switches their logos or changes their colors? >> i based it on my childhood, in which all these teams were on
