ride when a woman pulls a knife. >> did she pull that out of her testicles. >> see the cabbie fighting while -- >> he's mistill managing to dri. >> little do these poor penguins know -- >> there's a predator lurking. >> how a seal thinks -- >> he's got a penguin buffet there. >> and you're about to witness a car-b-q. steven will kick off this half hour of "right this minute" with the story behind surve surveillance footage. >> we're in the middle of spring training and the owner of the little brick deli is working on his swing. you see a gentleman walk into the store with a motorcycle jacket and helmet. he didn't take the helmet off. he eventually makes his way to the counter and starts pepper spraying the owner, apparently trying to rob the place. but the owner says not in my store. he grabs a baseball bat and

starts doing his best alert pujols on this guy. the guy walks away completely empty handed. police are still looking for this guy. they say he might actually be hurt from this altercation with the owner. >> that little shopkeeper had an awesome arm. he took that bat and just started swinging. >> that guy didn't have a motorcycle helmet on, i think he would have knocked him out. >> turns out, this is the second time this same deli was robbed since january. so, surely this owner just wasn't having it. went right for the baseball bat, just started hacking away at this guy. >> whoa. you also saw the guy trying to push the cash register over, probably hoping to break it and crack it open. >> who knows what he was trying to do. seems like a last-ditch effort. just pushed the register and said i think i'm going to get the heck out of here. protests between palestinians and israelis have been going on for a long time.

tell me about what you think happens in this video. >> oh no. >> he dropped a big smoke bomb. >> that's a tear gas grenade that was dropped out of an israeli border police vehicle. there had be protests going on, away. these people and the photographer had retreated from the main protest central area. reports say that the right door opened up and somebody lobbed out a tear gas grenade. what seems to be people who are not provoking anything. >> surely these people are not protesting as we're seeing them in this video. for all we know this could be their front yard and they could be having a chat out there. >> quick thinking by this guy in the stripped shirt to get over there and punt that thing out of the way. >> the israeli border police say they routinely use tear gas as a method of intimidation. they believed there was stone throwers in the neighborhood. >> they're not saying this was the random throwing of a tear

gas grenade, but that this was provoked by stone throwers threatening the patrol or the police? a regular night on the job turned scary for a texas cab driver this is from corpus christi, texas. the cab driver andre was called to pick up the couple at the cadillac bar. they get into the cab, according to andre -- >> they were drunk. i let my guard down a little bit because we were joking and laughing. >> but this quickly turned bad. pay attention to the woman on the right. that woman is 55-year-old erma salazar galvan. >> what is she doing? >> she pulls a knife on andre. >> did she pull that out of her chesticles. >> i believe you are right. that's where she had that knife hidden. >> my natural instinct was to

of -- this is an attempt by this sea lion to have a nice little penguin dinner. but catching a penguin isn't as easy as you would think. >> he's got a penguin buffet there. >> get him. get him. >> those penguins are slipping and sliding. he can't catch a penguin in the water because they're too swift. he figures, okay. i will attempt catching one on land. >> but he's not the fastest runner. >> but penguins are not particularly fast either. >> true. >> but eventually a land chase occurs against -- you see this penguin, he's struggling to get away. >> get him. get him. >> no. >> he takes a big old bite of the penguin's butt. >> oh, no. >> look what happens. penguin gets away. >> the sea lion got cocky, opened his mouth to get a good bite. penguin is out of there. >> but his escape was short lived. just seconds later he is caught

welcome back to the show. don't forget to check in at rightthisminute.com, great videos all day long. three south carolina highway patrol troopers are credited for saving a man. they come around the corner and see a fiery crash off the side of the road. look at this. there's a man trapped inside a car that's upside down. they smash out the back window, they pull the man's foot free. his foot was trapped inside the burning car. they drag him up to the roadway where ems workers were waiting. the man was a fellow trooper, christopher bratcher ran off the road as he was trying to chase a motorcycle going 100 miles per hour. he lost control and crashed. the trooper will be okay. he suffered some bones to his

these small lightweight toys can get into places where big helicopters can't get into. >> how far can they travel? >> we got a lot of questions just like that. to tell us more how they get this shots ispalmer via skype. are you the pilot or the videographer? >> i've been doing both. >> what can you do with the small helicopters that you can't do with a full-size aircraft? >> we can get close to the action, to fly under 500 feet is hard for production companies. >> where are you standing in some of these shots? like the shot going past the ocean? >> on that one we flew off the scaffolding they set out on the reach. >> how do you know what the helicopter camera is seeing? >> i have a camera operator, he sees what we're shooting.
