>> reporter: 43-year-old one goh has admitted to the shooting. he had dropped out of school and was demanded his full tuition back. the coo tells us administrators met with goh three times to try to con have -- to convince him to stay in school but were unsuccessful. >> reporter: this pastor from the school put out a bible and seven candles. some people said goh did not get along with his classmates especially women. court records show he changed his name from sue goh. in his official petition he wrote quote, i do not like my current name because it sounds like a girl's name. with my luck here, police will continue to look for the firearm goh suspects of using. eric rasmussen, ktvu channel 2 news. for the last several nights we have been bringing you the

have felt an earthquake tonight. it measured 3.7 and hit at 8:15 this evening. it was centered at the pinnacle of -- a 21-year-old man aáersed monday for a homicide two arrested monday for a homicide two years ago is now charged with another killing. 14-year-old evans was shot down in front of a middle school. the killing is believed to have been gang related. >> and on monday, ying was also charged with killing samuel nava of hayward. a discrimination case is now in the hands of the jury. attorneys wrapped up closing arguments this afternoon. seven of richmond's top ranking african american officers filed

the lawsuit. jury begins deliberations tomorrow. u.s. stock markets ended mixed on the last day of a last trading week. the dow dropped 14 points but the nasdaq gained 12. a positive jobs report was tempered by fears about the debt crisis in spain. markets are closed tomorrow for good friday. there are widespread reports in the financial press tonight that face book has decided to trade its shares on nasdaq instead of the u.s. stock exchange. nasdaq offering lower fees and is weighted with tech companies. the company that owns nasdaq also stands to profit. it's shares rose 1.2%. while shares in the nyse fell 1.3%. the facebook ipo is expected sometime next month. and one day after announces 2,000 job cuts, yahoo ceo scott thompson issued a memo to all the remaining employees in an effort to try to reassure them about the company's future. thompson also hinted at changes

arkansas stole the crane. prosecutors say edwin ramos shot anthony balonia and his two sons mistaking them for gang members. the defends contends a passenger fired the fatal shot. police in fairfield have named their prime suspect in the death of a 19-year-old girl, shana watson who was found stabbed behind a home in the 800 block of fourth street last sunday. investigators are looking for 41-year-old warren sloan of fairfield. police say he has a history of violence and is considered dangerous. he is described as african american and weighing 205 pounds. the search for missing bay area teenager, sierra la mar expanded today. robert handa tell us where they're looking now and the one noticeable difference between

the man accused of killing five people in a home pled not guilty today. 35-year-old luk appeared in court in chain and a prison jump suit. as a judge read the charges, five counts of murder luk shook

his head and said not guilty. the charges carry special circumstances making him eligible for the death penalty. bail was set at $25 million. the victims of monday's oikos university shootings were all immigrants or children of immigrants building a life here in the bay area. ktvu's rita williams puts a face, seven faces on those trying to live the american dream. >> reporter: the memorial grows as does the disbelief. how could such a peaceful place be the scene of such violence. the people killed here were immigrants or the children of immigrants and grief now stretches around the world. giana that's where san jose's judith seymour will be buried. at 63 the oldest victim and mother of two, seymour had worked as a tax analyst but was about to realize her dream of becoming a nurse.

doris chabuco40 was the mother of three girls, a lawyer before immigrating a decade ago. chibuko also was a nursing student. her husband says he will take her home to nigeria for burial. bhutia will return home. he work hard all night cleaning the food court. friend called him a kind and gentle buddhist. >> she really liked kids, so she worked to help the children. just 21 the youngest victim, sim's family came from korea. grace kim also was korean american. friends described her as fun loving and full of life. a graduate of foothill high school in pleasanton, she worked as a waitress to pay for her nursing studies.

up in the north bay but it still looks dry south of the golden gate bridge as we head into sunday afternoon. here is the outdated forecast model it has been changing so tomorrow will be dry for friday. but then you notice a few high clouds moving in saturday. still dry and then into sunday morning, here's where it could get interested. and that rain line basically dividing the bay area with rain to the north of the golden gate bridge, dry to the south of the golden gate bridge. with that we're going to bump up the shower chances in the north bay. a chance right around the central portions of the bay and a few clouds right around san jose and morgan hill. everybody up a few degrees for tomorrow. we don't have to worry about any rain drops for tomorrow afternoon. san mateo, 61. you see temperatures warming up nicely from saturday into sunday. there's the chance of a shower
